Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites sealed tenders through the e-procurement portal (EPADs) from interested civil, mechanical and contractors / bidders for the construction and fit-out works for clean rooms / biotech laboratory (ROO/BIOTECH LABORATORY) as per the following lots. Bids must include the required bid security and be submitted/ uploaded according to the tender instructions.

Key submission & process notes: Bidders may bid for a single lot, multiple lots, or all lots. All bids must comply with PPRA rules (Rule 36(b)) and be uploaded on the e-procurement portal (EPADs). Technical and financial bid submission must follow the tender document; technical bids should include the required bid security. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. The Director CEMB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
