Pakistan Airports Authority Tender — Miscellaneous Road Works at PAA Walton Colony, Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for Miscellaneous Road Works at PAA Walton Colony, Lahore under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 36(a).

Mandatory documents and eligibility:

1. Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

2. Valid Professional Tax Certificate.

3. Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 (current year).

4. Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (value Rs. 300/-) confirming ownership of the firm, no blacklisting, and details of any pending litigation, if applicable.

Bid security and submission instructions:

1. Bid security of Rs. 90,000/- to be provided. Original bid security (Pay Order / Bank Draft) in favour of PAKISTAN AIRPORTS AUTHORITY A.I.P., LAHORE must be submitted to the office of the undersigned on or before the submission deadline.

2. Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA e-ADPS-2 system (https://www.epaps.gov.pk) before the submission deadline. The original bid security must also be submitted in hard copy to the procuring office.

Additional notes:

PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per PPRA rules. Any overwriting/crossing on the offer must be properly signed. Late, conditional, or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Bidders and contractors are responsible for ensuring the correctness of financial instruments submitted; any discrepancy may lead to disqualification and legal action.
