CEMB Lahore Tender — Construction of Clean Rooms / Biotech Laboratory (Lots 1–7)

Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore invites e-procurement tenders under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules (2004) from interested civil and mechanical contractors for the construction of clean rooms / biotech laboratory. Bids may be submitted for any single Lot, multiple Lots, or all Lots (1–7) as a single package.

Submission requirements: All bids must be accompanied by bid security (2% of the quoted/estimated price) in the form of a CDR in favour of the Director, Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB). For a single-package bid covering multiple lots, the 2% security must be against the total quoted amount.

How to apply: Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal (EPADS). Physical delivery of bids (in sealed envelopes) to the Purchase Section, CEMB is also required by the stated deadline.

Deadlines and opening: Bids must be delivered to the Purchase Section, CEMB on or before 2026-09-10 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. The Director CEMB reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. It is mandatory to upload technical documents in the sequence required by the tender document.
