College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under a One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure from reputable construction contractors for construction works at CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad (also packages available from CPSP Head Office Karachi). Firms must have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience and comply with the mandatory submission requirements listed below. Tender documents can be purchased on written request.

| 9. Non-Blacklisting | Declaration that the firm is not under litigation or blacklisted by any client. |
