WAPDA Gomal Zam HPS E-Bid: SF6 Cylinders & Testing Equipment (GPS/ITR/26) — Closes 2026-09-02

Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Resident Engineer, Gomal Zam Hydel Power Station, D.I.Khan.

Eligibility: Bonafide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the closing date and time; manual bids will not be accepted. A Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at the office of Chief Engineer (Hydel) Chashma in the presence of bidders' representatives.

Bid security: Each bidder must furnish the aforementioned bid security in original in the form of a CDR in favor of Resident Engineer, Gomal Zam Hydel Power Station, WAPDA, D.I.Khan and deliver it to the office of the Resident Engineer on or before the e-bid closing date & time. One hard copy of the bid in sealed form shall also be submitted to the office of the Resident Engineer. Notification of the GRC constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS.
