NGC Show Cause Notice to Deputy Manager Kim Zafar for Failure to Resume Duty

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) has issued a show-cause notice to Ms. Kim Zafar, Deputy Manager (MP&M), regarding alleged unauthorized absence after expiry of approved study leave and failure to report for duty or attend scheduled personal hearings. The notice states that her leave history includes study leave/ex-Pakistan leave and an extension, and that her leave account shows no balance.

The General Manager (P&CM), NGC, directs Ms. Kim Zafar to submit a written defense within 14 days of issuance, warns that ex-parte disciplinary action may follow if no reply is received, and notes potential major penalties up to removal from service. Acknowledgement of receipt is required.
