The Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta invites electronic bids for supply of cleaning and janitorial items under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. - At least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity in the last 3 years; - Minimum turnover requirement across previous years (as specified in the tender); - Active taxpayer on Sales Tax register (Sales Tax Certificate); - Not blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan; JV not permissible; - Successfully completed at least 3 framework/rate contracts or cleaning supply contracts in last 5 years, each not less than specified value; - Dedicated transport and manpower to deliver supplies within 24 hours of demand; - Registered with relevant Provincial Labour Department and compliance with labour laws, wages, social security and occupational safety; - Manufacturer or authorized distributor/dealer for quoted items; - No litigation that would adversely affect contract performance; satisfactory performance record with no termination for default in last 3 years. |
