UADA Abbottabad Tender: Urban Plantation Drive (2025-26) - EPADS

Issuer: Urban Area Development Authority (UADA), Abbottabad — Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Electronic bids are invited on the EPADS system from eligible/registered contractors (PEC) under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using single-stage two-envelope procedure.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal. Bidding documents and SBDs can be downloaded from EPADS.
• Technical proposal and financial securities must be uploaded on EPADS; original sealed financial securities must also be submitted by courier to the office before closing time, otherwise the bidder will be treated as non-responsive.
• Contractors must be registered with PEC (required category C-5 & above) and provide PEC registration, KPPRA enlistment, C&W enlistment (if applicable), and detailed rate analysis where applicable.
• Bidders must be registered with KPRA and be active taxpayers under applicable laws.
• Bid security shall be provided as specified (in the shape of call deposit in favor of the Director UADA Abbottabad).
• Original tender form along with original bid securities and required enlistments/documents must be submitted. Incorrect information or missing/false documents will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of CDR.
• The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Other terms and conditions apply as per KPPRA, PEC guidelines, and SBDs.
