TEPA-LDA Tenders: Janazgah Construction & Road/Sewerage Rehabilitation in Kahna, Lahore — Closing 2026-08-24

Issuer: Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA), 4-C Lytton Road, Lahore. TEPA invites e-bids from contractors/firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and holding registration with FBR & PRA (having active tax filer status) for two civil works packages in Kahna, Lahore.

Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope e-bidding via Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must upload bids through the EP system. Technical bids will be evaluated before opening of financial bids. A bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost (valid for bid-validity period + 20 days) must be submitted through the EP SYSTEM before bid closing. Bids submitted by hand, telegraph or post will not be accepted. Detailed bidding documents and instructions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Important conditions: Bidders must remain technically responsive in the EP system; financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. If an e-bid contains a virus or is corrupted, it may be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/proposal as per PPRA rules.

Submission deadline (last date): 2026-08-24 (bids must be uploaded on EP before 10:30 AM; financial bids will be opened at 11:00 AM).
