Tender: Framework Contracts for Bulk Purchase of Medicines & Medical Devices — Lahore General Hospital (LGH)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital (LGH), Lahore. Lahore General Hospital invites sealed bids for framework contracts for bulk purchase of medicines and medical devices / surgical disposable items for fiscal year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers and/or their principal suppliers with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities.

Key conditions:

- Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bidding documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available online via the e-procurement/e-PPRA portals. Bidders must download documents from the e-procurement portal and register/respond through the e-PA&DS/ePADS system.

- Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital, Lahore must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent before the closing time.

- Bid validity: 270 days. Quantity may be increased/decreased as per PPRA Rules and availability of funds. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure: bids must include separate "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" envelopes as per the bidding documents.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, LGH. Queries of prospective bidders will be addressed and minutes uploaded on the hospital website and e-PADS portal within 4 working days.

- All assessments, receiving, opening and awarding shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). In case of any conflict between bidding documents and PPRA Rules 2014, the rules shall prevail.
