Tender — Taxila Bazar Shop Uplifting, Bus Stops & Tool Plaza Renovation (Package-II) — Directorate General of Archaeology, Punjab

Issuer: Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab. Invitation for e-bids for Package-II: Taxila Bazar shop uplifting, construction of bus stops and renovation of Tool Plaza under the Project for Improvement, Management and Upgradation of Taxila.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and having field specialization BC-02, CE-01, CE-02, CE-05, CE-10 (Horticulture works) and EE-06; firms should have proven experience in Façade Upgradation and Horticulture Works where stated.

Procurement Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents and instructions are available through the Punjab e-procurement portal. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online.

Bid Security / Earnest Money: 5% of the estimated cost to be furnished in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee in favor of Director General Archaeology, as specified in the bidding documents.

Other Conditions: Bidders must follow detailed instructions in bidding documents, provide complete rates and item analysis where required, and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) requirements.
