Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications for two contract positions under the PSDP project “National Semiconductor HR Development Program - Phase 1.” Appointments are on a contract basis. Only post-qualification experience will be considered; government / semi-government employees must apply through proper channel. Age limit for both positions: 50 years (max).

| Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) (PPS-08) | Master’s degree (minimum 16 years) in IT / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics) / Education / Policy / Human Resource Development / Management Sciences or related from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with 18 years (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred. Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E systems, EdTech integration or Quality Assurance in Higher/Technical Education are advantageous. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks and skill development programs; preferably within technology, engineering, or education sectors. |
| Manager Procurement (PPS-08) | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s) in Management Sciences / Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or related from an HEC-recognized university. Preference to candidates with 18 years (Master’s/MBA) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Public Sector Management. Certifications such as CIPS, PMP or PPRA/Public Procurement training are advantageous. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with end-to-end procurement involvement for multi-sector / technology-driven projects. Proven experience managing PSDP/ADP-funded or donor-funded procurements, dealing with complex vendor ecosystems, and working in compliance with PPRA rules in semi-government or large organizations. |
