GEPCO Tenders: Extension of 11 kV Rooms at 132 kV Grid Stations — Bids Due 2026-07-15

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for three separate works for extension of 11 kV rooms at 132 kV grid stations. Tender submission and opening will be handled through E-PADS (version 2.0). Tender documents are available on E-PADS, FPPRA and GEPCO websites.

Key dates: Bid submission deadline 2026-07-15 at 11:00 Hrs; bid opening 2026-07-15 at 11:30 Hrs.

Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewed for 2025-26 (PEC category as specified in tender documents). Original bid security for 120 days in the shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan equal to 2% of the BOQ cost must accompany the technical bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit 10% of the contract price as performance security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee after issuance of LOI.
