E-Tender for Pick & Drop Transport Services — Workers Welfare H.S. School (Boys), Gujrat (2026–28)

Issuer: Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Gujrat (under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department). Purpose: Hiring transport services (pick-and-drop) for school students for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

Last date for submission of bids on the e-procurement website: 2026-07-11 until 11:00 a.m.
Opening of Technical bids: 2026-07-11 at 11:30 a.m.
Opening of Financial bids: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 a.m.

Eligibility and important instructions:

• Qualified bidders: financially sound, experienced transport firms/companies registered for Income Tax.
• Procurement via the Punjab e-procurement / E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Interested bidders must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate.
• Tender documents and bid submission are through the EPADS/e-procurement portals only; manual bids will not be accepted.
• Vehicles model 2015 or later will be acceptable (documentary evidence required).
• One student per seat ratio to be observed.
• Earnest money: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare School Boys Gujrat — original CDR must be submitted to the school office before closing time of e-bid submission. Failure to submit original CDR will lead to immediate rejection of the technical bid.
• "Single Stage Two Envelopes" bidding procedure will be followed. Technical and Financial bids must be complete, signed, stamped and uploaded on EPADS. Bids not submitted via EPADS will be rejected.
• Successful bidder must provide Performance Guarantee (CDR) @ 5% of the contract amount as required at the time of signing the contract.
