District Council, Hafizabad invites e-Bids (Single Stage One Envelope) from Contractors/Firms/Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers registered on the e-PADS/e-Procurement system and with FBR/PRAs as required, holding a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above.

Work: Repair/Rehabilitation of Bridge on Seepage Drain at Sultan Pura near Nakki Chattha. Submission and opening of bids will be through Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS).

• Bid security (as specified) must accompany e-bids in the name of "District Council, Hafizabad" in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Original bid security instrument (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender title to the Office of District Officer (I&S), District Council, Hafizabad before the e-Bid submission deadline.
• Bids must be complete, authenticated online, and submitted per the ePADS procedure. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
