Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Request for Proposal (RFP) for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mortuary equipment (Package No. 29) on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad.

How to participate: Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible. The RFP document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available to registered bidders on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website at http://ppra.gov.pk. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Federal PPRA website.

Submission instructions: Technical & Financial Proposals prepared in accordance with the RFP must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-09 no later than 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on EPADS at 02:30 PM the same day. Any proposal received through modes other than EPADS will not be considered. If the last date for submission is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
