How to apply / Submit bids
- Download bidding documents and submit e-bids via Punjab e-Procurement Portal (Punjab e-PS) as per instructions in the bidding documents.
- Bids will be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS only; no physical financial instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee etc.) will be accepted in place of electronic submission unless otherwise specified.
- Procedure: Single stage — Two envelope bidding as per Punjab Procurement Rules; financial proposals of bids found technically non-responsive will not be opened.
- Bid security: 2% of the total estimated price/quoted items (as specified in bidding documents).
- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening of bids.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
