Headquarters Special Communications Organization (SCO), Qasim Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the provision of WhatsApp Services.
Tender documents with detailed terms and conditions are available from the Ordnance Branch of SCO on any working day upon submission of a non-refundable National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) demand draft of Rs. 2,000 in favour of DG SCO. Tenders must be submitted in sealed form by the due date and time. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders.
