Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver free High-Tech IT training with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.
Program focus: Free high-tech IT training across multiple advanced IT trades delivered through official partners, international certification agencies and NAVTTC-registered institutes in Pakistan.

Eligibility & partner requirements:
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained; Principal / Vendor partner must be an academy/institute.
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
