- Duly filled and signed original postal ballot must be sent to the Chairman, Kot Addu Power Company Limited, S-B/3, Gulberg-III, Lahore-54660, or a scanned copy of the original postal ballot may be emailed to [email protected].
- Postal ballots must be received by the Chairman not later than 2026-07-12 by 5:00 p.m. Ballots received after that date/time will not be considered for voting.
- Copies of CNIC / Passport (in case of foreigner) should be enclosed with the postal ballot.
- Corporate members should provide a copy of CNIC of authorized person and a copy of the Board Resolution, Power of Attorney, or Authorization Letter as applicable.
- Incomplete, unsigned, incorrect, defaced, torn, mutilated or overwritten postal ballots will be rejected.
