Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHK NCRD), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for provision of non-core services and supply & installation of solarization at the NCRD Complex (office & hostel premises and open areas).

How to obtain documents and submit bids:
- Tender documents, terms and conditions, specifications and other requirements are available to registered bidders on E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and on the AHK NCRD website.
- E-bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with bidding instructions via E-PADS. Financial bids shall not be accepted outside E-PADS.
- Scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded on E-PADS. Original/hard copies (including CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque as bid security) must be delivered to AHK NCRD, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad before e-bid closing time.
- Bid security should be in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favor of Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (FTN No. 9010200-2). (If E-PADS shows a different amount, please disregard that amount when uploading the scanned bid security instrument.)
Eligibility and other conditions:
- Firms must be registered with PPRA and FBR and meet eligibility criteria outlined in bidding documents.
- For Lot 1 (solarization), PEC registration of at least category C-3 is required; firm must also be an approved vendor of the Ministry of Energy for this lot.
- An affidavit on stamp paper (Rs.100/-) declaring that the firm is not blacklisted at the time of submission is required.
- AHK NCRD reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended.
