CDA Invitation to e-Bid: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Islamabad Highways — Bids Due 2026-07-13

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA invites electronic bids (Single Stage - One Envelope, PPRA Rule 36(a)) for multiple highway rehabilitation/improvement projects in Islamabad. Registered firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration in category with Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for the year 2026-27.

- Eligibility: Firms must be registered with PEC with valid registration in relevant category and Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for 2026-27 and meet qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

- Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / COR in favor of DDD (Procurement & Contract), CDA for the specified amounts. Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the respective Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF and provide the original on or before submission of respective bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.

- Submission: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be entertained.

- Deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-13 at 10:00 am. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00 am at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
