Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). Procurement procedure: Electronic bids (Single Stage - One Envelope) as per PPRA Rule 36(a). Eligible bidders: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in relevant category and Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for the year 2026-27. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) and www.ppra.org.pk.
Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS on or before 2026-07-13 at 10:00 am. Manual bids will not be entertained. Scanned copy of required Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA) must be uploaded in PDF on E-PADS; the original Bid Security shall be provided on or before submission of respective bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
