Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) — Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) invites expressions of interest from qualified consulting firms to provide National Digital Communications, Visibility, and Strategic Amplification support. The assignment is financed by the World Bank (Loan/Credit No. IDA-73330) and will support IFRAP’s communications, public outreach and visibility requirements.
