Directorate of Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence Complex Islamabad (DCI) invites pre-qualification applications and bids for miscellaneous construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad. Firms enlisted with MES may apply; firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR/Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
Key submission & opening details: sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) until 12:30 hrs on 2026-07-02 and opened the same day at 13:00 hrs in the presence of authorised representatives.
