The Divisional Works & Contracts Engineer (DW&CE), Defence Colony Islamabad (DCI) invites applications for pre-qualification and sealed bids for miscellaneous construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad. Firms enlisted with MES may apply; non-enlisted firms must submit 2% earnest money (CDR/Defence Saving Certificates) pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI). Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
