DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad Tender — Pre-Qualification & Bidding for Miscellaneous Works (Jun–Jul 2026)

Dwelling Works & Civil Engineering (DW&CE), Defence Complex Islamabad (DCI) invites applications for pre-qualification and submission of sealed bids from eligible contractors for miscellaneous construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad.

Issuer: DW&CE (DCI), Opposite F-9 Park (Gate No.1), Sector E-10, Islamabad.

Eligibility & bid security: Firms/contractors enlisted with MES may apply. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates duly pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors.

Issue & submission schedule: Bidding documents will be issued from 2026-06-17 to 2026-07-01. Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) up to 12:30 hrs on 2026-07-02 and will be opened the same day at 13:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives.
