Deputy Director Works & Contracts (DW&CE), DCI Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications and sealed bids for miscellaneous construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad. Firms enlisted with MES may apply; non-enlisted firms must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors.
