IESCO Tender: Construction of 2x2 Duct Line & Manholes for Mall of Islamabad (Tender No. VEC/NCB/90/2025-26)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage–Single Envelope (SSSE) National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with PPRA Rules for construction and external electrification works for Mall of Islamabad (Park Tower), Blue Area.

Key eligibility & evaluation requirements (summary): Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with appropriate specialization (codes shown include EE-04, EE-05, CE-10 or above). Bidders must have valid FBR registration/Active status, applicable Sales Tax / GST and Provincial tax registration as required. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience, financial soundness, and no record of blacklisting. Joint Venture (JV) conditions and minimum qualification/experience requirements apply where a JV participates. Submission method & important instructions: Only e-bids will be accepted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPAPS/EPADS) portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.pk). Original bid security (CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO must be submitted as per the tender instructions. Non-compliant or non-responsive bids will be rejected.
