Tender — Procurement of Chemicals, Glassware & Equipment | COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad

Issuer: COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Abbottabad Campus. Purpose: Procurement of chemicals, glassware and laboratory equipment through e-procurement (EPADS) on a Single-Stage Single-Envelope basis. Interested, income-tax- and GST-registered firms/suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR may submit bids.

Bid security: Call Deposit / Bank Draft (refundable) in favour of "COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus" (FTN/NTN: 9010420-7). A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded via EPADS and the original hard copy must be submitted physically along with the sealed bidding document on the closing date.

Submission and registration: The complete tendering process will be carried out through the EPADS portal. Interested bidders must register at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit documents via EPADS. For EPADS registration and guidance contact UAN: 051-111-137-237.

Procedure and notes: Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the tender document and submitted under the Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure. As per PPRA Rule 33, CUI may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
