REDAMCO RFP (E-PAD) for Planning, Feasibility & Transaction Advisory Services — Islamabad

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, State Owned Enterprise.

Opportunity: Request for Proposal (RFP) through E-PAD for consultancy services for Planning, Feasibility Study & Transaction Advisory Services under Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Eligibility: Experienced and capable consultancy firms registered with relevant registration authorities/departments. Firms must submit both Technical and Financial proposals. Submission via E-PADs is mandatory.

Submission & Opening: Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted on E-PADs (mandatory) on or before 2026-07-16 at 14:00 (2:00 PM). Proposals will be opened the same day, 2026-07-16 at 14:30 (2:30 PM) in the presence of interested representatives of the consultancy firms.

Documents & Download: RFP documents will be available immediately on E-PADs, PPRA website and REDAMCO website (www.redamco.com). The RFP documents carrying all details can also be downloaded from the Procurement Regulatory Authority website (ppra.org.pk).

Notes: Late proposals or proposals not conforming to prescribed method shall be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms in connection with preparation or delivery of RFP. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject all RFPs as per Rule 33 of the PPR Rules.
