Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-Owned Enterprise), invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) through e-PAD from experienced and capable consultancy firms registered with relevant authorities for provision of Planning, Feasibility Study and Transaction Advisory Services under Public Procurement Rules and QCBS method.

Eligibility & Submission
Firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments and will be evaluated under Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. Technical and financial proposals (in hard copy and uploaded on e-PAD) are required. RFP documents and full details are available on e-PADs, PPRA website and REDAMCO website.
Availability & Important Notes
RFP documents will be available immediately on e-PADs and the PPRA & REDAMCO websites after publication. Technical & Financial proposals must be delivered to the address below and uploaded on e-PADs by the specified deadline. Late or non-conforming proposals will be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by consultancy firms. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all RFPs as per applicable Public Procurement Rules.
