TEVTA / Govt. College of Technology Rawalpindi Tender – Supply & Installation of Solar System

Government of the Punjab, Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) – Govt. College of Technology, Rawalpindi invites bids under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from registered contractors/firms for the supply and installation of a solar power system. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category (C-6 or above) with project codes EE-11 & EE-06 and must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and PPIB as applicable.

Submission and opening are online through the Punjab e-Procurement / E-PADS platform. Original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order) must be submitted physically as required in the bidding documents before opening.

How to obtain documents: Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and may be obtained free of cost. Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS platform (Punjab e-Procurement) in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents.

Key requirements: PEC registration (C-6 or above) with specified project codes; valid Income/Sales Tax registration; submission of original bid security in acceptable form; compliance with all terms and conditions in the tender documents. Only cumulative rates for the whole tender will be considered to determine the lowest evaluated bidder.
