Tender Notice — Municipal Committee Jhelum: Bus Shelters & Boundary Wall Works (e-Procurement)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Jhelum. Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules using Single Stage One Envelope e-Procurement through the e-PADS / e-Procurement portal.

Important requirements: Contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on e-PADS and registered with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN) as applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR / Pay Order from Bank of Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Jhelum. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security in e-PADS and submit the original CDR in the office of the Municipal Committee Jhelum on or before the closing date/time. Submission and opening: Bids shall be submitted online on e-PADS. Bids will be opened on the same day at the time stated below in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Notes: Non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected. The competent authority may accept or reject any or all bids at any time as per the rules. The response time for the PPRA website shall be calculated from the date of publication.
