E-Tender: Fabrication & Supply of Handcarts for Model Handcart Bazaar — District Council Sahiwal

District Council Sahiwal invites sealed e-tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope as per PPRA rules) for customization, fabrication and supply of handcarts for the Model Handcart Bazaar, District Council Sahiwal. Bidders must follow EPADs/e-Procurement and PPRA procedures.

Important conditions: Bid documents are available on EPADs and the PPRA website. Bidders must fill all required forms/tables, stamp/sign bidding documents and upload bid security (CDR) with e-submission and deliver original CDR to the District Council office. Late, conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Rates are exclusive of GST. Performance guarantee shall be applicable as per PPRA/contract rules. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category are eligible to participate. The competent authority may reject any or all bids prior to approval/acceptance. Successful bidder will be bound to conduct required quality control tests at their own expense. All other clauses as provided in bidding documents shall apply.
