CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Horticulture Improvement/Rehabilitation Works — Islamabad (Bids due 2026-07-10)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Procurement & Contract Agreement-I. CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b) for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation projects in Islamabad. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in the relevant category and Project Code CE-10(v) for 2025-26, and able to prove eligibility and qualification as specified in the bidding documents.

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) by 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 hrs at the office of Director General Environment, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad.

Bid Security: A Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA is required. Scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF; the original must be provided on or before submission of bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
