Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copies of the Bid Security must be uploaded to E-PADS in PDF; the original must be provided on or before submission of bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
Important dates and venue: Last date and time for online submission is 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs.
