CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Horticulture Improvement/Rehabilitation Works in Islamabad (Closing 2026-07-10)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Procurement & Contract Agreement-I. CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis (PPRA Rule 36(b)) for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on major roads in Islamabad. Registered firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) valid registration in relevant category with Project Code CE-10(v) for the year 2025-26 are eligible to bid.

Key submission and bid security requirements:

- Electronic bidding documents and detailed requirements are available on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.

- Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained.

- Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security (PDF) on E-PADS and submit the original to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA on or before submission of bids.

- Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day (2026-07-10) at 12:00 hrs at the office of Director General Environment, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad, in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives.
