This public notice informs the general public, business community, financial institutions, customers, suppliers, and all concerned that Mr. Osama Waheed has no affiliation whatsoever with N.M. IMPEX (Pvt.) Ltd. or NM Energy. He was previously engaged only as an independent booker/commission agent in respect of certain commercial transactions and was never an employee, director, partner, authorized representative, or agent of the companies. He was not authorized to collect payments, enter into agreements, make commitments, or otherwise act on behalf of the companies.

The companies caution the public that forged and fabricated visiting cards and other documents bearing the company name and designation have allegedly been prepared and made without authorization. An FIR (see details below) has been registered in this regard. Any person dealing with Mr. Osama Waheed on the assumption that he represents N.M. IMPEX (Pvt.) Ltd. or NM Energy does so at their own risk; the company and its directors will not be liable for any commitments, transactions, obligations, or liabilities arising from such unauthorized acts. N.M. IMPEX (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves all civil and criminal legal rights against any person involved in misuse of its name, documents, trademarks, reputation, business identity, or corporate goodwill.
