Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites e-auction bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for installation and operation of digital screens (SMDs) on Murree Road from TM Chowk to Haider Road for a period of three years.

Issuer: Cantt Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt (Rawalpindi Cantonment Board)
Contract period: Three (03) years from 2026-07-17 to 2029-07-16.
How to apply / bid: Registration and bid submission are electronic only via EPADS Version 2.0. Manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted. Registration link available on the EPADS portal.
Key financial requirements: Each bidder must submit a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of "Cantt Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt". The successful bidder will deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after closing and acceptance of the bid. Other financial and security conditions apply as per the auction terms.
Bidding schedule: The e-auction remains open until 2026-07-07 at 14:00 (02:00 PM). Bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 15:30 (03:30 PM).
