CDA Invitation to E-Bid: Horticulture Improvement/Rehabilitation of Major Islamabad Roads

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement-I. CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis under PPRA Rule 36(b) for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on major Islamabad roads. Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and www.ppra.org.pk.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in the relevant category and Project Code CE-10(v) for the year 2025-26, and meeting qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Bid security: Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF; the original must be provided on or before submission of bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.

Submission and key dates: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the office of the Director General Environment, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad.
