CDA Invitation to E-Bid — Horticulture Rehabilitation Works on Major Islamabad Roads (Closing 2026-07-10)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Procurement & Contract (P&CA). CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis under PPRA Rule 36(b) for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on major roads in Islamabad. Registered firms must be on Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) register with valid Registration in relevant Category and Project Code CE-10(v) for the year 2025-26 and meet eligibility/qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents are available on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copy of Bid Security must be uploaded in PDF on E-PADS and the original Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA) must be provided on or before submission of bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
