How to obtain tender documents: Collect from Sami Foundation head office (Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot) from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. Tender pack can also be downloaded from the website: www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Submission and opening: Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation head office and will be accepted until 11:00 AM on 2026-06-29. Tenders should be clearly marked with the relevant lot(s). Tenders will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 03:00 PM. If a public holiday falls on the closing date, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Key conditions:

• Rates for Lots 1–5 must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, loading/unloading/delivery, packing and allied costs.
• The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value in the form of CDR/Pay-order.
• Bidders may apply for single or multiple lots; Sami Foundation may split orders item/lot-wise and may change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning a reason.
• Corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices are prohibited; bids found involved in such practices may be rejected and blacklisted.
• Lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, delivery time and previous experience will be considered.
