Submission: Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation Head Office, Umerkot on or before 11:00 am on 2026-10-23 and must be clearly marked "Tender for Hermetic Drum". Tenders will be opened at 11:30 am on 2026-10-23 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Requirements & conditions: Suppliers must submit samples with bids (samples must be clearly marked). Bidders must provide bid guarantee of 2.5% of bid value as CDR/Pay Order in favor of "Sami Foundation". Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging, branding and delivery. Vendors should have active filer status with NTN as per Tax Ordinance 2001. Taxes will be deducted at source. Sami Foundation reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers; lowest price will not be the sole criterion.
