Sami Foundation Tender: 360 Hermetic Drums for Grain Storage (Ref SF/ZCRA/SR-615/2026)

Issuer: Sami Foundation (implementing Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance with support from Concern Worldwide). Sealed tenders are invited from registered suppliers for supply of hermetic drums for grain storage in the districts of Shaheed Benazir Abad and Matiari.

Tender documents: Collect from Sami Foundation Head Office, Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh, from 2026-10-09 to 2026-10-23, 09:00–13:00 (Mon–Fri), or download from www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Submission: Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation Head Office by 11:00 am on 2026-10-23 and be clearly marked "Tender for Hermetic Drum." Tenders will be opened at 11:30 am on 2026-10-23 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key conditions: Suppliers must submit samples with bids (samples marked with bidder name). Only one option per bid; rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging, branding and allied costs up to delivery. Bid guarantee: 2.5% of bid value as CDR/Pay order in favor of "Sami Foundation." Sami Foundation may change quantities or cancel/reject offers. Quality, delivery time and previous experience will be considered; lowest price is not the sole criterion. Vendors must have active filer status with NTN as per Tax Ordinance 2001. Tax will be deducted at source.
