District Council Pakpattan E-Bid: Soling Road Sides Works (Estimated PKR 8.5M) — Closing 2026-06-23

District Council Pakpattan invites E-Bids (PDF upload) from contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-26 and registered with FBR and PRA (NTN/PNTN) and PPRA for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS).

Important submission & eligibility instructions:

- All e-bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by the stated submission deadline.

- Each e-bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost. The bid security instrument (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender title and delivered to the Office of the Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan, before the e-bid submission deadline.

- Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure will be adopted. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened.

- Bids must be valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The procuring authority may reject all bids at any time before acceptance in accordance with Punjab PP Rules 2014 (Rule-35).

- If the lowest bidder's quoted rates exceed 5% above the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security from a scheduled bank as per government policy.
