Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology (GIK Institute). Tender No: GIKI/PDIFME/HEC/TDF-1134/26. Sealed bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from manufacturers, their authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers with relevant experience for supply, installation, testing and commissioning on a lot-wise basis, F.O.R.

Eligibility: Bidders must be registered on PPRA EPADS V2.0, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Documents & submission: Bidding documents with specifications and terms are downloadable from the GIK website (www.giki.edu.pk) or accessible through PPRA EPADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Documents may also be obtained from Room No. F-12, Admin Block, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi. Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date and time; bidders are advised to submit proposals well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.

Fees & bid security: A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Earnest money/bid security must be provided as calculated and specified in the EPADS V2.0 system, in the form of a Bank Deposit, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order in favor of "GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology." Bidders should upload a scanned copy of the earnest money on EPADS V2.0. Original bank instruments (tender fee & earnest money) must be submitted to the institute office before the tender closing time.

Other conditions: The GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to cancel the tender process at any stage prior to award in accordance with applicable PPRA rules; reasons for rejection or cancellation will be communicated to bidders on request.
