Tender Notice — Beautification of Sadar Bazar & RCC Sewer Pipeline Works | Municipal Committee Kameer (Bids due 2026-07-14)

Municipal Committee Kameer invites sealed bids through the EPADS (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) platform for FY 2025-26 under PPRA Rules for the following works. Procurement will follow prevailing market rates and technical sanction in line with MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026. Eligible bidders meeting the criteria in the bidding documents and on EPADS are invited to participate.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Procedure: Single Stage – Single Envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Kameer.

- Submission: Bids must be submitted through EPADS only. Original CDR must be submitted to the office of Municipal Committee Kameer after online submission on EPADS and before the closing date/time; failure to comply may lead to rejection.

- Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS portal and are also available on the PPRA Punjab website.

- Deadline: Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by or before 12:00 PM on 2026-07-14. Bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day through EPADS in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- Earnest money must be uploaded on EPADS along with bidding documents. Performance guarantee and other conditions as per bidding documents will apply. The successful bidder must execute an agreement within seven (07) days of issuance of the Acceptance Letter.

- The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. For further instructions refer to the bidding documents on EPADS or contact the office of Municipal Committee Kameer.
