Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver a Free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the PMYSDP Batch-III.

Key eligibility and partner requirements:
- NAVTTC-registered institutes, academies or vendor partners (principal/vendor partner) only will be entertained.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred; no joint ventures (No JVs allowed).
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
