GIK Institute Tender GIKI/PDIFME/HEC/TOF-1134/26 — Supply & Installation of Lab Equipment and Consumables (Lots 1–5)

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute). GIK Institute invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of items on a lot-wise basis on F.O.R.

- Eligibility: Manufacturers or their authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers with relevant experience; bidders must be registered on PPRA e-PADS V2.0 and registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

- Tender fee: non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/-.

- Bid security/earnest money: amount as calculated and specified in the EPADS V2.0 system. Acceptable instruments: Bank Deposit/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Pay Order in favor of "GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology". Bidders should upload a scanned copy of the earnest money on Federal EPADS V2.0 and submit original bank instruments to the procurement office before the tender closing time.

- Documents: Bidding documents with specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or accessed through PPRA EPADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Documents may also be obtained from Room F-12, Admin Block, GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi.

- Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA e-PADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Prospective bidders are advised to submit proposals well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.

- Important dates and times: Last date/time for submission: 2026-07-10 at 15:00 hrs. Tender opening: 2026-07-10 at 15:30 hrs.

- The GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender process in accordance with applicable PPRA rules; reasons for rejection/cancellation will be communicated to bidders upon request.
